Dr. Panda becomes a traffic director and is tasked with ensuring safe and controlled traffic. However, suddenly Mei Mei comes along, walking while using a headset to listen to music. She crosses the street without looking at the vehicles on the road, causing Moo to brake suddenly and her chickens to be thrown from the back of the car. Moo asks Dr. Panda for help to catch her chickens, so Dr. Panda asks Mei Mei for help to replace him as the traffic director. However, Mei Mei is too focused in listening to music and dancing, so her dance movements are misinterpreted by drivers on the road, causing severe traffic jams. However, this issue is successfully resolved by Dr. Panda.
