Hogie and his friends land on the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Bastille Day.  They make a new friend Pierre, a young boy whose father has the very important job of ensuring that all the lights on the Eiffel Tower are working.  With only one bulb left to fix, Hogie inadvertently knocks the light bulb out of Pierre’s father’s hands, leading him and his friends on an exciting escapade around Paris.  Can the gang recover the light bulb in time for the Bastille night celebrations?
