Dr. Panda offers hot air balloon rides. After providing his first ride to Bip, Dr. Panda lands the hot air balloon without attaching it to sandbags so that Moo's chickens can ride and fly with the hot air balloon. Moo panics and asks Panda to bring them down. Huppa, inspired by Turtle who uses a technique like a see-saw toy, throws sandbags towards the hot air balloon so that it becomes heavy and can land back.
