Mr. Wheeler tends to be greedy. He refuses to lend some things that Spooky and Cleany need, and yells and kicks out the construction team in front of his store for being noisy. One day, a roofing tile falls off from the roof but he cannot ask for the help from others, knowing that no one will help him for being so greedy. He goes up to the roof to fix it and finds himself stuck in the chimney.
