After a shipwreck, the heroes are washed up on the coast of the Island of Tremors. Here they find Guga Blue, but also a band of native pygmies who protect and worship him. Theo and his friends will have to come up with a plan to free Guga if they are to discover the location of the Blue Kingdom. But little do they know that Pecky is watching them and the evil Alexander Bluebeard is getting ready to strike.
