Chip is a 9 year old child who prefers playing with his classmates before taking lessons of physics and chemistry of his teacher Susan. One day, that the school visit the institute of high energy, a mad scientist, Dr. No, is doing an experiment with a lens which is capable of converting matter into antimatters, causing an accident and an uncontrolled ray toss Chip and a the scientific to the dimension of the micro world. Chip realizes that the accident has sent him to an unknown place, he does not know how go back and some atoms of iron, mercury and hydrogen, which are presented as Fer, Merc and Hidro, will guide him to help him to find a return path. At the same time, Dr. No, has discovered that due to the accident, has managed to create antimatters, and the power that this gives to him, is ready to become the master of the world.
