Dr. Panda helps Moo make a fence for Moo's chickens. He is assisted by Huppa, and he divides tasks with Huppa. However, the finished fence turns out not to be in line with Moo's design expectations, where Moo hoped for plenty of places for his chickens to relax and rest, but what has been made by Huppa and Dr. Panda is a fence resembling a playground which, as it turns out, the chickens prefer.
