June is helping Moo by clearing the old stuff from the shed and giving a new decoration in the form of a painting for the exterior decor. Dr. Panda and the turtle come to help. June gets the idea to paint clouds and birds. However, suddenly as they paint, the weather changes to cloudy and rain starts making their painting smudge. The turtle then gives inspiration to turn the smudged painting into something new. The canvas opened and cut is attached to become art and craft items.
