Dengan peredaran dan perkembangan tamadun moden masa kini, pastinya tidak terlintas di fikiran bahawa, terdapat tempat yang tidak boleh dikunjungi oleh manusia.
Tetapi hakikatnya, masih ada tempat di pelusuk dunia ini, yang masih tidak boleh dikunjungi sama sekali oleh manusia secara sewenang-wenangnya. Ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan tempat atau pulau itu dikawal, atau ditutup untuk lawatan orang awam.
