Pororo and his friends are having a sled race when a new friend appears. It’s the talking car, Tu-tu! On the day Tu-tu’s Grandpa made him, Tu-tu decided to take a quick look around outside. However, Tu-tu got swept up by a tornado and landed in the ocean. Fortunately, with a little help from Whale, Tu-tu made it to Porong Porong Island. Tu-tu, the little car, who was just born into this world, is a lovable, naïve prankster.
